A gentle space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.
Soothe with Siobhan was created from the belief that life doesn't always need to be rushed. Through accessible adult yoga and sensory classes for children, this is a space with no pressure to perform, achieve, or keep up, just an invitation to pause, breathe, and be.
Adult yoga classes are designed to be kind to both body and mind. Gentle movement, mindful breathing, and time to simply slow down offer a chance to step away from the demands of everyday life and find a little more ease, calm, and balance.
Sensory classes for children encourage mindful exploration through play, movement, creativity, and discovery. Each child is supported at their own pace in a nurturing environment where curiosity can flourish and little minds and bodies can feel safe, calm, and connected.
Soothe with Siobhan is a growing community built on gentleness, connection, and the understanding that slowing down can be a powerful form of self-care.

Messy play with Siobhan is one of our favourite activities each week. My son absolutely loves it, there are so many different activities set up with different themes each week. He gets to work on his fine motor skills, his artistic skills, imaginative play with so many toys, social skills with the other children and just get messy and have fun. Siobhan is always so welcoming to everyone and creates such a relaxed and happy atmosphere. Would highly recommend 😊

I met Siobhan at the very beginning of her messy adventure. I can hands down say she is one of the most kind, caring, creative women I know. Her messy play class has always been my children's favourite. From my 5 year old dinosaur obsession, my 4 year old woeful get stuck in there and destroy the place to finally my 7 month old there to socialise, Siobhan has been there every step to develop there inquisitive minds to explore different senses, textures and smells through play. Massive bonus is , its a wonderful environment for mammy's to go chat, drink a cuppa and have a break while your little ones explore. Not many places or people like Siobhan and her messy play around. Would strongly recommend to check it out, you will not be disappointed
